We offer unique and comprehensive 360-degree artist management and are looking to disrupt and expand our position within the European market.

This exciting position requires a dynamic, calm and passionate individual with strong production experience and a deep knowledge of both the fashion and advertising industry.

Artist relations and production are central to this role, and applicants should have strong existing industry contacts. Working closely with the Senior Producer, the role will involve supporting with Agents and company Directors in executing exceptional shoot production and further develop social initiatives in line with our broader philanthropic outlook.

We are looking for a highly organised, resourceful individual who is accustomed to working across multiple productions, multitasking and dealing with pressure in a calm and positive manner.

Webber is a busy and evolving creative agency set to expand, with exceptional growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities : (include but are not limited to)

  • Create, oversee and manage a variety of budgets, from small editorials to full bid stills and motion campaigns on location with multi cast.
  • Manage all aspects of end to end shoot production independently :
  • Optioning, shoot scheduling, film development and processing, financial reconciliation, post production.
  • Create and manage complex post production processes for both stills and motion and analogue / digital.
  • Reconcile and wrap job financials accurately in a timely manner to report project profit to Directors.
  • Advise and provide clients with creative budget solutions according to target spend and concepts.
  • Maintain existing relationships and forge new relationships within the industry with collaborators, vendors and peers alike.
  • Work closely with Senior Producer and Agents alike to ensure the best production experience.

Qualifications/skills:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in production within the creative, advertising and fashion industry.
  • Thorough and total knowledge of end to end post-production processes – both digital and analogue, stills and motion across a range of shoots
  • Experience of creating and managing complex post-production schedules for stills and motion deliverables
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with personable attitude.
  • Awareness of talent across all disciplines (Beauty, Set Design, Styling etc).
  • Strong interest in photography, fashion and art.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Keen attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively across multiple projects.
  • Highly collaborative approach.
  • Interest in supporting social and philanthropic initiatives
  • Bilingual English/French speaker ideal but not necessary.

  • Managing artist and client relations respectfully and positively day-to-day

  • Creating engaging and exciting marketing strategies
  • Budget management
  • Overseeing and approving European marketing strategy and targets inc PDF’s, Treatments etc

Qualifications/Skills

  • At least 5 years industry experience
  • Experienced and confident at creating new leads, negotiation and closing deals
  • Proven track record on how to market artist’s delivering global reputation and revenue growth
  • Strong industry global contacts
  • Knowledge and understanding of shoot production
  • Familiarity of standard rates and usages
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Keen interest photography, media and the arts
  • Personable and approachable with natural ability to develop strong relations with artists and clients
  • Able to prioritise effectively
  • Extremely organised and detail oriented
  • Enthusiastic and upbeat.
