Dissonance
German artist Hella Keck is based between London and Paris. Following her studies of Fine Art Sculpture, Keck’s keen sensibility for objects, their materiality, composition, and placement naturally guided her into the world of set design. With an eye for detail and an affinity to texture, Keck’s work often reflects on observations of our everyday landscape and balances between a refined and explorative use of materials. In both Kecks spatial and still life compositions, objects form fragmented narratives, allowing the works to oscillate in the specific whilst remaining abstract with a timeless sensibility.
