Relationship building, an understanding of production, and creative strategy are all central to this role as you collaboratively manage artists' projects for global brands with efficiency, criticality and in good-humor.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of artist projects from client liaison, estimating and negotiating contracts, on-set production and handling external production companies
- Oversee mid-large scale production budgets and wrap/bill jobs
- Actively contribute new business leads and contacts for artists and WEBBER
- Contribute to the strategy and career management of artists
- Manage artist calendars, complex schedules, option artist teams and production vendors
- Confidently create partnerships that align with our desire for an equitable community
- Create marketing materials inc PDF’s, Treatments
- Inspire and empower our small, but growing team
- Be proactive with lens-based events through promotion and attendance
- Be aware of and actively meet creative talent
- Be cognizant and proactive about how we can make productions an accessible space
- Ability to be flexible across office tasks

We’re a small team looking for a PRODUCTION ASSISTANT, someone with a focused, patient, and organized spirit. You will be working with our agents and producers on productions for a broad range of global brands, from fashion to technology, collaborating with clients and artists with levity and efficiency.
Your detail-oriented, self-motivated and community-driven skills are crucial as we build new partnerships with people and organizations that share our drive in creating a more diverse, just and accountable future.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ·
- Reviewing creative briefs and briefing in Artists on the upcoming projects
- Manage options and negotiate rates on all necessary resources (i.e. assistants, EQ, transport, HMU, props, etc.)
- Be cognizant and proactive about how we can make productions an accessible space
- Be mindful of diversity and representation of all voices when hiring crew for a job.
- Bring energy, humor, levity and collaboration to the fast-paced and creative team environment.
- Manage budgets from start to finish, and assist Producer in reconciling each job.
- Track deadlines and ensure they are met – from pre-pro, through post production.
- Work with internal and external production teams in a collaborative and professional manner.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under deadline pressure.
- International Travel Coordination (booking artist & crew hotels, flights, cars, staying up to date on COVID guidelines, etc.).
- Support team as needed with additional needs on-set.
