Our London office is looking for an Agent to join our team. This position requires a dynamic, organised and passionate individual who can remain calm in our fast paced world. Artist relations, business development and an understanding of production are central to the role.

Your time-management, leadership and negotiation skills are crucial as we build new partnerships with people and organisations that share our drive in creating a more diverse, just and accountable future.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working closely with company Directors to maintain exceptional career management for our multidisciplinary roster
- Generating new business through new and established contacts
- Managing artist and client relations respectfully and positively day-to-day
- Ability to strategize and execute artist career management
- Create engaging and exciting marketing strategies and targets inc PDF’s, Treatments etc
- Budget management
Qualifications/Skills:
- 3-5 years working in a team with management experience
- Able to create new leads, negotiate and close deals
- An understanding of shoot production and logistics
- Good with cost saving exercises and budgets
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Keen interest photography, music, film and the arts
- Personable and approachable with natural ability to develop strong relations
- Able to prioritize effectively
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Enthusiastic and upbeat
