Casting Director Roxane Dia, born in France of Afro Caribbean descent, is based between Berlin and New York. Her adolescent years were spent surrounded by skate, graffiti and hip hop culture in Germany, from which she began casting friends from her community and connecting with unique characters on the street.

Her practice focuses on models, celebrity talent and street casting, with sources of beauty that defy expectation, transcending the confines of race, age, religion, culture, and socio-economic status. Select clients include AnOther, Dazed, Diesel, Luncheon, Nike, POP, Rimowa, SSENSE and T Magazine. Collaborators include Mel Bles, Gabriel Moses, Chris Rhodes, Ilya Lipkin, Davit Giorgadze, and Pegah Farahmand.
