Fergus’s work comes from an emotional connection with people she photographs. Her natural curiosity and close approach combine to result in powerful portraits, as if the camera is no longer there. Recent work follows her new obsession with the dramatic and ethereal views of skydivers. Fergus is putting personal work together for exhibition, showcasing her portraits of couples and families.
